Terms of Sale

1.Who we are

The TruMark QC Store is operated by Huizhou Bolang Technology Co., Ltd. (惠州渤朗) — Unified Social Credit Code 91441381MACXR9203L, registered in Huizhou, Guangdong, China — trading internationally as “Bolang Solutions” and operating this Store under the brand “TruMark QC” (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of physical products from the Store. Our inspection and testing services are governed separately by our Terms of Service.

2.How ordering works

The Store operates on an order-request basis. Adding items to your cart and submitting an order request constitutes an offer to purchase — it is not a completed sale, and no payment is taken online. After you submit a request, we confirm product availability and quote shipping to your address, then issue a proforma invoice. A binding contract is formed only when we issue the proforma invoice and you complete payment as instructed on it. We may decline any order request at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable, a listing contained an obvious error, or shipping restrictions apply to your destination.

3.Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, import duties, customs fees, and any taxes applicable in your country, which are your responsibility. The price payable is the price stated on your proforma invoice. Where a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, we may correct it before contract formation and will inform you before proceeding.

4.Payment

Payment is made offline according to the instructions on your proforma invoice. Your order is not processed, and no dispatch timeline begins, until payment is confirmed by us.

5.Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from Shenzhen, China, by air freight with carrier tracking. Ships within 48 hours after payment confirmation. We provide a tracking number for every shipment. Transit-time estimates given by us or the carrier are estimates, not commitments.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we hand the products to the carrier; from that point the goods travel at your risk, and we provide tracking to support any carrier claim. Consumers in jurisdictions whose law reserves risk until delivery (for example the EU and UK) keep those non-waivable statutory protections. You are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into your country and for any customs clearance requirements.

Some products contain lithium batteries or magnets and are subject to transport regulations; carrier restrictions may limit available shipping methods or destinations for those items.

6.Checking your order on arrival

Please inspect your shipment on receipt. If products arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace affected items or, where replacement is impracticable, credit or refund the price paid for the affected items.

7.Returns

Unused products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You bear the cost and risk of return shipping. The following cannot be returned unless defective: opened consumables (seals, stickers, tapes, indicator cards, single-use loggers, buffer solutions, test strips); custom or branded items produced for your order; and instruments for which a calibration certificate has already been issued at your request. Refunds for accepted returns are made to the original payment method after we receive and check the items.

8.Warranty

Instruments carry a 12-month limited warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Your remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the affected item. The warranty does not cover: consumables and wear parts (blades, pins, electrodes, batteries, tips, pads); damage from misuse, modification, or inadequate care; or normal calibration drift arising from use. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot be excluded.

9.Calibration certificates

Where offered, third-party calibration certificates are issued by independent accredited laboratories, add lead time stated at the time of order, and reflect the instrument's condition on the certificate date only. Maintaining calibration thereafter is your responsibility.

10.Intended use — important

Products sold in the Store are field measurement and screening tools intended for incoming, in-process, and spot quality checks. They are not a substitute for testing by an accredited laboratory, and results obtained with them do not constitute certification of compliance with any standard or regulation. Where a product references a standard (for example a small-parts cylinder or grey scale), the reference describes the product's design basis; conformity of your goods to that standard can only be established through appropriate accredited testing. You are responsible for selecting the right tool, using it per its instructions, and interpreting results competently. Powered test accessories must be used only by persons competent to work with mains electricity.

11.Product information

Specifications are drawn from manufacturer datasheets; minor variations between production batches may occur within the stated tolerances. Product visuals may be representative pending our own photography.

12.Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost production, or losses arising from decisions made in reliance on measurements taken with the products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, epidemics, natural events, or governmental measures. Where such an event delays dispatch beyond the stated dispatch window, we will inform you and you may cancel the affected order for a full refund of amounts paid for undispatched items.

14.Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or any order, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the seller's registered domicile in Huizhou, Guangdong. Nothing in this clause removes any non-waivable protection available to consumers under the mandatory law of their country of residence.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in force when your proforma invoice is issued applies to that order.
