Chooses the right test method for your product, coordinates with partner laboratories, and interprets results against the standard your market requires.
Reporting and QA

Inspectors are assigned to product categories matching their expertise — electronics, textiles, furniture, toys, automotive, and more.
Inspector Independence Policy
- Never accept gifts, meals, or incentives from factory personnel
- Fixed compensation regardless of pass/fail results — no incentive to overlook defects
- Rotation policy: no inspector visits the same factory twice in a row
- No advance factory notice — inspectors arrive unannounced when possible
- GPS-verified attendance with timestamps on every photo
