Most inspections take one day on-site. Reports are delivered before the end of the same business day, so you have time to accept, reject, or negotiate before the goods ship.
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is a statistical sampling method defined by ISO 2859-1 / ANSI Z1.4. Instead of checking every unit, the inspector randomly selects a sample based on lot size and inspects against quality criteria. Common levels: 0 for critical (zero tolerance), 2.5 for major, 4.0 for minor defects.
Within 24 hours for standard bookings across all 38 cities we cover. Urgent 48-hour bookings are available in most locations. Your report arrives within 24 hours.
We offer a money-back commitment, and it is conditional. Two things are on us: 1. Your report arrives inside the window we committed to, or you don't pay for it. 2.
