What Do You Import?

Why TruMark QC exists
TruMark QC was born from a painful lesson: a container of defective products that had passed a supplier’s own “quality check.” That experience revealed a fundamental problem in the industry — most QC companies prioritize factory relationships over their buyers’ interests.
We built TruMark QC on a different principle: radical transparency. Published pricing. Reports within 24 hours. Inspectors who work exclusively for the buyer. Every decision we make starts with one question — does this protect the importer?

Questions we get asked the most
Most inspections take one day on-site. Reports are delivered before the end of the same business day, so you have time to accept, reject, or negotiate before the goods ship.
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is a statistical sampling method defined by ISO 2859-1 / ANSI Z1.4. Instead of checking every unit, the inspector randomly selects a sample based on lot size and inspects against quality criteria. Common levels: 0 for critical (zero tolerance), 2.5 for major, 4.0 for minor defects.
Within 24 hours for standard bookings across all 38 cities we cover. Urgent 48-hour bookings are available in most locations. Your report arrives within 24 hours.
We offer a money-back commitment, and it is conditional. Two things are on us: 1. Your report arrives inside the window we committed to, or you don't pay for it. 2. It covers everything we agreed to inspect, or you don't pay for it. Those are the two conditions — a report delivered on time and covering the agreed scope is not refundable because its findings are unwelcome.
Yes — coordinated through CNAS / ISO 17025-accredited partner labs. We don't run our own laboratory; we arrange compliance testing (CE for the EU, FCC for US electronics, RoHS, CPSIA, REACH and more), and the accredited partner lab issues the official certificate. We handle sample collection, coordination, and delivery to you.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and approved invoicing for enterprise accounts (NET-30 terms).
The tools our inspectors carry — Essential Field Kit, $268.
Order by request — our team confirms stock and shipping before payment.

The cost of poor quality
One bad shipment can destroy your business
A $268 inspection prevents a $200,000 recall. Every year, importers lose billions to preventable quality failures.

Shipped defective products?
30% of pre-shipment inspections in China identify critical defects. Without inspection, those defects reach your customers.
Supplier not meeting specs?
Factories often substitute materials or skip processes. On-site verification is the only way to know what you're getting.
Lost money on a bad shipment?
Returns, rework, lost customers — the true cost of skipping quality control is 50-100x the inspection fee.

Trusted by importers worldwide
"A pre-shipment inspection caught critical wiring defects in 3,000 LED panels before they shipped. The inspection prevented what would have been a $150,000 loss and potential account suspension."
"After switching to TruMark QC from a larger firm, the difference was immediate. Reports within 24 hours, a dedicated account manager who understands our products, and pricing that's fully transparent."
"As a first-time importer, the sourcing process felt overwhelming. TruMark verified our supplier, audited the factory, and guided us through three shipments without a single issue."
"Our Amazon FBA business was at risk after two shipments with quality complaints. Since implementing regular inspections, we haven't had a single quality return in 14 months."
"I was about to sign a 3-year contract with a supplier. TruMark's factory audit flagged serious QMS gaps — the factory had no documented inspection process at all. Saved us from a catastrophic long-term mistake."
