Certificates are trivially forged or borrowed from a partner factory. We cross-check every certification directly against the issuing registrar's database and confirm the entity that holds it actually operates the facility you'll be paying.

A first order is small because you're unsure — and a trial run is where an intermediary is hardest to spot. $298 now is cheaper than finding out after the reorder, when the tooling and the relationship are already theirs.

A genuine factory has no reason to refuse an outside visit. A refusal is itself one of the strongest red flags we report — and we'll help you press for access or identify the real manufacturer behind the listing.

Most verifications complete within 48 hours of an inspector being deployed. Document and registry checks begin immediately; the physical on-site visit is scheduled as soon as the supplier's location is confirmed, and your report follows within 24 hours of that visit.

No — we verify suppliers in mainland China only, because that is where our own inspectors are. If your supplier sits outside China, tell us and we'll point you in the right direction.
